Description - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing B2B clients to ensurecustomer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competition to position the company’s offerings effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong account management skills, proficiency in B2B sales, and experience in BPO environments.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, results-driven, and ability to work independently.
