HR Specialist

The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company’s human resources functions, particularly recruitment and talent acquisition, payroll processing, and employee timekeeping. The role involves coordinating hiring activities, maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality of employee information, and providing administrative support to promote efficient HR operations. The HR Specialist should be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll-related information.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Assist employees with HR-related concerns and inquiries.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information and documents.
• Prepare HR reports and other administrative documents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
• Provide administrative support for other HR activities and company programs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• With proven experience or background in recruitment and talent acquisition
• With knowledge and experience in payroll processing and employee timekeeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision
