Billing and Collection Specialist

Description - Manage the billing process and ensure accurate invoicing of clients.
- Handle collections by following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment terms.
- Resolve any discrepancies or customer inquiries related to billing and collections.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and prepare reports on accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the finance team for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel for fieldwork
- Responsibilities and Duties: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service
