The HRA Staff main function is to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of Human Resources and Admin office specifically on:
- Payroll Management
- End to End Recruitment
- Front Desk/Reception
- Graduate of BS/BA Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any Business Related Courses
- At least 1 year experience in processing Payroll, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and other government mandated benefits
- Knowledgeable in handling Administrative/Front Desk Tasks and Recruitment
- Experience in creating/conceptualization of employee activities, Job Fairs, Caravans, School Coordination, Social Media Job Postings and other recruitment tools an advantage
- Experience in handling employee discipline and familiarity in DOLE rulings and reportorial a definite PLUS
- Orientation: Strict in implementation of Rules and Procedures, Detailed, Resourceful, Flexible, Pro-Active, a Team Player, Sense of Urgency, Commitment to get the job done ahead of time and Customer Focus
- Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both oral and written
- Advance Microsoft Skills preferred
- Willing to work Monday - Saturday at Barangay Ugong Valenzuela City
- Fresh Graduate are Encourage to Apply
- Can start immediately
- Salary: Commensurate to work experience
