Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly by managing purchase requests and executing procurement activities efficiently. We welcome both experienced professionals and motivated entry-level candidates who are eager to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Request Management: Review and verify incoming purchase requests for accuracy and operational necessity.
- Sourcing & Purchasing: Directly handle the canvassing and actual purchasing of goods or services when needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, check product availability, and ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate records of all purchase orders, receipts, and procurement documents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Open to candidates with or without experience (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; training will be provided).
- Skills & Attributes:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Honest, dependable, and highly organized.
- Willing and able to do actual buying/field work when necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₱610.00 / day (Minimum Wage)
