Procurement Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms for the company.
- Identify and source new suppliers, materials, and products to meet the company's procurement needs.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities, expenditures, and savings to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a closely related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferably, able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement , purchasing , or supply chain management , preferably within the packaging industry or a related field.
