Outbound Sales Specialist

Join Club Feast, a fast-growing startup transforming food delivery while supporting local and minority-owned restaurants. We’re looking for a driven B2B Appointment Setter to open doors with corporate accounts. You’ll introduce companies to Club Feast’s corporate meal programs, qualify decision-makers, and book meetings for our Account Executives. High performers can grow into full-cycle sales roles through our sales career path.
What You’ll Do
- Cold Call Corporate Prospects: Reach decision-makers at target companies and introduce Club Feast.
- Appointment Setting: Review corporate leads and schedule qualifiedmeetings
- Tailored Pitching: Present Club Feast’s corporate meal programs as a high-value employee perk for companies in our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Outbound Prospecting: Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a steady pipeline.
- Leverage Tech Tools: Use dialers, lead databases, and HubSpot CRM to make outreach efficient.
- CRM Tracking: Log all activity, lead details, and meeting outcomes accurately in HubSpot.
- Grow Your Career: Receive coaching and mentorship toward a closing role.
Requirements
- Outbound Sales Experience: 2+ years in cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven Results: Track record of booking qualified meetings and hitting activity targets.
- Strong Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, confident speaking with corporate decision-makers.
- Home Office Setup: A reliable, business-ready workspace with a quiet environment, stable high-speed internet, and your own equipment (computer, headset, and backup connectivity recommended).
- CRM Knowledge: Experience with HubSpot or a similar platform.
- Work Discipline: Organized, self-motivated, and dependable working remotely.
Preferred
- Experience with sales dialers, outreach platforms, or high-volume calling.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, with a 1-hour break.
- Daytime US business hours.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base pay plus an attractive commission structure with strong on-target earnings (OTE).
- PTO available after successful completion of the probationary period within company guidelines
- Equipment is candidate-owned. A personal computer and home office setup are required.
