Do you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and closing sales? We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven **Outbound Sales Representative** to join our team!
? **About the Role**
Help families create unforgettable celebrations by reconnecting with previous customers, following up with warm leads, and turning inquiries into confirmed party bookings.
**? Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Make outbound calls to previous customers and warm leads.
✅ Generate repeat bookings and identify new sales opportunities.
✅ Introduce party characters, entertainment packages, and special offers.
✅ Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
✅ Handle customer questions, discuss pricing, and overcome objections.
✅ Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in our CRM.
✅ Work toward sales targets and performance goals.
**? What We’re Looking For:**
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English and persuasive communication skills.
• Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing sales.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
