We’re looking for a B2B Outbound Cold Caller to support our US-based clients and partners.

This role focuses on outbound calling, engaging business prospects, qualifying leads, and generating qualified opportunities based on established campaign criteria.

Key Focus Areas:

✅ B2B outbound cold calling to US-based prospects

✅ Lead generation and prospect qualification

✅ Engaging business owners and decision-makers

✅ Following campaign scripts and qualification criteria

✅ Handling objections and maintaining productive conversations

✅ Accurate lead documentation and CRM updates

✅ Meeting campaign quality and performance standards

Qualifications:

✅ At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation

✅ Strong spoken English and professional communication skills

✅ Experience speaking with US-based prospects is preferred

✅ Confident handling objections and initiating conversations

✅ Strong listening and questioning skills

✅ Goal-oriented and comfortable with performance-based compensation

✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented

✅ Able to work independently in a remote environment

✅ Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup

✅ Willing to work US business hours

Responsibilities:

✅ Make outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects

✅ Engage prospects and identify potential business opportunities

✅ Qualify leads based on established criteria

✅ Follow approved scripts, campaign guidelines, and calling processes

✅ Document call outcomes and prospect information accurately

✅ Maintain updated lead records and required CRM information

✅ Follow the campaign’s QA and qualification process

✅ Meet established quality and performance expectations
