Outbound Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Achieve and surpass expected sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Clearly convey the advantages of clients' products or services to potential customers.
- Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound strategies.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with prospects to gain insight into their needs and offer suitable offers.
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
- Availability to work under Eastern Time or Graveyard shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or any similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Capacity to grasp customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
