Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for a persuasive, detail-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to drive new business by reaching out to prospective clients in the med spa and high-ticket aesthetics and wellness space across Southern California. You'll qualify leads, keep prospects engaged across multiple channels, and deliver live product demos that turn conversations into signed clients. This role calls for someone who is naturally persistent, comfortable on the phone, and skilled at building trust quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients in the med spa and aesthetics industry
- Follow up with leads across multiple channels - phone, email, text, and direct message - to keep engagement consistent
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria, prioritizing genuine fit over high-volume dialing
- Deliver live product demos using a prepared slide deck, adapting delivery to sound natural and personable rather than scripted
- Log all lead activity, notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Maintain a steady, professional outreach cadence without coming across as pushy or robotic
- Build rapport with prospects and move them confidently through the sales pipeline
- Track outreach activity, response rates, and outcomes to support pipeline visibility
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong spoken English with a confident, natural phone presence
- Proven experience in US-based B2B outbound sales or appointment setting
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and multi-channel follow-up (phone, email, text, DM)
- Skilled at lead qualification, not just high-volume dialing
- Experience working within a CRM system
- Comfortable delivering presentations or demos to prospects
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills with a persistent, professional follow-up style
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling into the med spa, aesthetics, or wellness industry
- Direct experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Familiarity with high-ticket service sales
- Ability to adapt scripted or prepared materials into a natural, conversational delivery
- Experience managing outbound campaigns across multiple channels at once
