Outbound Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and identify sales opportunities within the US, EU, and UK markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the full 360° sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects and generate leads
- Conduct outreach, presentations, and sales pitches to B2B clients at Director level and above
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven success in tech sales with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- Experience selling into US, EU, or UK markets
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong experience presenting and pitching to corporate decision-makers (B2B, Director level+)
- At least 400+ LinkedIn connections, demonstrating an established professional network
- Experience working remotely and independently in a performance-driven environment
- Background in managing short sales cycles and end-to-end sales processes
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Stable career history with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
