DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision and Leadership
- Supervise and manage HVAC technicians assigned to service, maintenance, and repair activities
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress and productivity.
- Monitor daily service activities and ensure completion of assigned tasks
- Provide technical support and training to team members.
2. Installation and Maintenance
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning,and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Assist in diagnosing complex technical issues and ensure proper resolution
- Ensure all service works meet quality standards
3. Service Coordination
- Monitor and respond to client service requests, complaints, and urgent concerns
- Ensure timely deployment of manpower for on-site servicing
- Coordinate with clients regarding schedules, updates, and service status
4. Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure all HVAC works comply with company standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of completed work.
- Ensure proper documentation of service reports
5. Safety Management
- Enforce occupational safety and health policies on-site.
- Ensure technicians use proper tools and PPE
- Address potential hazards during field work
6.Materials and Inventory Control
- Monitor usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare material requisitions and ensure availability of supplies.
- Maintain records of inventory and equipment.
7.Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and project status.
- Document maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions.
8. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding updates, concerns, and project requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
9. Other Duties
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of HVAC Technology
- With at least 10 years experience in HVAC servicing/technician
- With supervisory experience in service operations
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Good leadership and scheduling/coordination skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Willing to do field work and handle multiple service sites
- Willing to attend trainings/seminars for management
