Production Supervisor
Location: San Mateo, Rizal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Registered Pharmacist is an advantage), Industrial Engineering, or Food Technology
- With proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledgeable in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure that production targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve operational goals.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for all production personnel.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
