Work Arrangement : Work from Home
Location : Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule : Morning Shift
Job Description:
This role is work from home - permanent Work from Home with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. Work from home includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Use the office when there is Internet or power Issue. Pop in and have a coffee with team mates.
The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery of client services relating to a range of employment health assessments.
Liaises with internally EHA team, AHS team, Doctors, all staff
Liaises with externally Candidates, Clients, Doctors, Allied Health professionals, medical providers
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Previous experience in client services delivery with a strong customer service ethic
- Ability to manage competing priorities; adhere to deadlines and have attention to detail
- • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate with and influence others to achieve positive outcomes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in client services delivery with a strong customer service ethic
- Ability to manage competing priorities; adhere to deadlines and have attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and verbal, with the ability
- To negotiate with and influence others to achieve positive outcomes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Current “C” class driver’s license
Preferred Criteria
- Previous experience in:
- o the Occupational and Environmental Medicine related industry
- Knowledge and understanding of:
- a. Statutory obligations and regulatory requirements within Occupational
- and Environmental Medicine sector desirable
Qualification and requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Demonstrated ability to apply problem solving techniques
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the business
- Ability to work in a team environment or autonomously as required
- Be proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Previous administration experience with very high attention to detail and accuracy
