JOB DESCRIPTION
- Guide & Support Users: Talk directly with users using the platform to give friendly advice, personal support, and simple steps for everyday life problems.
- Help Users Grow: Walk users through big life choices and help them set clear, easy-to-follow goals for their careers and personal life.
- Handle Relationship Issues: Help users deal with tough relationship struggles, breakups, family issues, and communication problems with patience and zero judgment.
- Listen with Care: Pay close attention to each user’s story so you can offer kind, understanding advice that fits their exact situation.
- Make Big Problems Simple: Turn overwhelming problems—at work, in relationships, or in life—into small, easy action steps.
- Keep Conversations Going: Ask good questions that encourage users to open up, share updates, and keep making progress.
- Remember Their Story: Take simple notes on your chats so every follow-up conversation feels personal and picks up right where you left off.
- Build Trust & Earn Bonuses: Give great support that keeps users coming back. Building strong trust helps you reach your targets and earn extra commission.
- Hit Monthly Goals: Bring care and energy to every chat to meet and pass your monthly target goals.
- Follow Safety Rules: Protect user privacy, keep chats safe, and report any emergency or crisis situations right away following company rules.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Educational Background - College Graduate (3-5 years of study) and graduated in the year 2020 or recent years
- Preferred Candidates - Open to all fresh graduates with no job experience yet
- Work History - No prior or related specific work experience required
- English Language Excellence - Must be comfortable and fluent in conversing in English through written and verbal
- Active Listening - Must be able to build connection and trust to the clients immediately
- Multi-Tasking - Must be able to handle multiple conversation
- Discretion - Must maintain privacy and prespect professional boundaries
- Teamwork - Must work well with workmates and is open to constructive feedback
- Typing Speed Proficiency - Must be excellent and fast in typing messages particulary the speed must be atleast 45WPM
- Browser and Workspace Tools Proficiency - Must be comfortable using tools
- Work Set up Requirements - Must have reliable internet connection, a dedicated home work space and a fully functioning laptop/desktop
- Basic Trouble Shooting - Must be able to resolve basic network connectivity issues and other computer software errors independently
