At YourSkinLab, we believe dermatology should be science-based, approachable, and personal. Our Receptionist/Clinic Assistant/Facialist plays a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Patient Care
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Manage clinic schedules, appointments, and patient inquiries.
- Provide guidance on services, skincare routines, and post-treatment care.
- Clinic Support
- Assist dermatologists during consultations and minor procedures when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Handle clinic administration, inventory, including patient records and billing.
- Facial Treatments
- Perform facials according to dermatologist protocols.
- Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout the procedure.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and patient-oriented demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Background in aesthetics, nursing, or dermatology assistance preferred (but not always required).
- Willingness to be trained in advanced facial and dermatology protocols.
