BD and Sales Assistant

Job description:
1. Business Development & Territory Expansion
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through market research, territory mapping, cold outreach, and data mining.
- Client Outreach & Pitching: Issue Letters of Intent (LOIs), secure client meetings, and present compelling proposal materials to prospective partners.
- Feasibility & Financial Modeling: Gather operational requirements from clients to assist in feasibility studies and construct initial project costing for BDM approval.
- Contract Finalization: Draft commercial contracts, negotiate key terms, and finalize agreements with property owners and corporate partners.
- Lessor Relations: Build and maintain strong ongoing working relationships with facility lessors and building management officers.
2. Monthly Parker Account Management
- Lead Conversion & Inquiries: Respond promptly to prospective monthly parking inquiries, confirming slot availability, rates, and terms across designated sites.
- Proposal & Onboarding Administration: Issue rate proposals, collect required documentation (OR/CR, valid IDs), and manage special discount requests subject to management approval.
- Contract Execution & Payment Setup: Prepare monthly parking agreements, secure executed copies in the database, and guide clients through PDC/payment submission.
- Operations Alignment: Coordinate directly with site Operations teams to designate parking slots, issue access tap cards, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Account Lifecycle & Terminations: Track account renewals and oversee the formal 30-day contract termination workflow—collaborating with Operations on damage inspections and Accounting on deposit refunds.
Job Qualification
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within marketing or customer-facing industries.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Sales Exposure: Prior experience handling both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales environments is beneficial.
- Mobility & Setup: Must be willing to conduct field work or outside client visits from time to time, depending on business requirements.
- Bonus Qualifications: Professional certifications in sales management or digital marketing are a plus.
