IT Support and Infrastructure Assistant

Description - Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Manage and monitor system performance and carry out regular maintenance tasks.
- Help document technical processes and create user manuals for IT resources.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in IT technical support, infrastructure maintenance, or a related role is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of LED display systems, including modules, controllers, power supplies, and signal connections.
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and routers.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of server administration, operating systems, backups, and user account management.
- Proficiency in desktop and laptop troubleshooting, hardware repair, operating system installation, and software configuration.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office productivity applications.
- Ability to diagnose technical problems, perform repairs, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to perform on-site technical support, equipment installation, and preventive maintenance as required.
