Qualifications:
· At least with background in Health ; experience in a medical or clinical setting is an advantage
· Preferably a Nursing graduate or graduate of any Medical-related course
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· With pleasing personality and professional demeanor
· at least 5’3” in height (preferred)
· Fair skin complexion (preferred)
· Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle patients with empathy and discretion
· Computer literate and capable of handling front desk administrative tasks
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
· Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
· Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
· Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
· Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times
