Head of Marketing (F&B) - Mandaluyong

Role Overview The Head of Marketing leads the brand, marketing, customer growth, and communications strategy of the organization. This role is responsible for strengthening brand equity, accelerating customer acquisition and retention, driving same-store sales growth, and supporting franchise expansion through data-driven and customer-centric marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall brand strategy, positioning, and identity, strengthening brand awareness and customer affinity across all markets.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives; oversee CRM and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, PR, content, creative, and communications functions; manage marketing budgets.
• Build customer insight capabilities; analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Develop franchise and local store marketing programs in collaboration with Operations and Franchise Development teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization focused on innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of progressive marketing & with 3-5 years leadership experience is required.
• Proven success in retail, F&B, hospitality, franchise, or consumer brands is required.
• Strong expertise in brand management, growth marketing, digital marketing, CRM, loyalty program, franchise marketing and customer analytics.
