Front-of-House (FOH) Training & Service Manager (F&B)
Our Clients
The FOH Training & Service Manager will design, implement, and lead customer service, upselling, and hospitality training programs to maintain premium service delivery across all F&B locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive training modules focused on FOH F&B operations, guest hospitality, service recovery, and upselling.
- Audit and enforce guest service standards across all branches through regular site visits and evaluations.
- Train and mentor Store Captains, Floor Supervisors, and frontline F&B service staff.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management, HRM , or a related field.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience leading training and FOH service operations within the F&B sector.
