Sales Representative (Midway Court, Mandaluyong)

A Sales Executive/Representative job involves driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals.
- Assist walk-in clients and attend to various requests promptly, + maintain and acquire new clients/accounts.
- Understand customer needs by recommending the right product suited to their requirements.
- Equipped with Technical knowledge to be able to guide clients and make suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with your own Project Team and other departments to ensure proper and timely project management.
- Update the Project team tracker daily to set priorities for designers' reference.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
- Gather feedback from clients to provide support for the company's improvement plans.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining on current trends, market, activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
