JOB SUMMARY

The Head of Capital Markets is responsible for leading, growing, and directly contributing to the Capital Markets business through the origination, execution, and closing of commercial real estate investment transactions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development and is expected to personally secure mandates, cultivate investor relationships, and close high-value transactions.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to property owners, developers, institutional investors, private equity firms, and corporate clients while driving revenue growth through investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and capital advisory assignments.

This is a revenue-generating leadership role where success is measured not only by team performance but also by the executive's personal transaction volume.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Revenue Generation and Deal Origination

  • Personally source, originate, and close commercial real estate investment transactions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through extensive networking and relationship management.
  • Secure exclusive brokerage and advisory mandates from property owners and investors.
  • Lead client pitches, presentations, and investment discussions
  • Drive recurring revenue through long-term strategic client relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of investment sales transactions.
  • Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers to maximize transaction value.
  • Oversee due diligence, documentation, and transaction closing activities.

2. Investment Sales and Capital Advisory

  • Market office, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and land assets to qualified investors.
  • Prepare investment strategies and marketing campaigns for assigned mandates.
  • Identify domestic and international capital sources for investment opportunities.
  • Support clients in evaluating investment opportunities and portfolio strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  2. Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, capital markets, investment sales, investment banking, private equity real estate, or real estate advisory.
  3. At least 5 years of leadership experience managing Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Brokerage, or Investment Advisory teams.
  4. Proven track record of personally originating, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial real estate transactions
  5. Strong network of commercial property owners, developers, investors, landlords, and corporate decision-makers
