Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in, Marketing, Sales, and or Business Management related field.
- At least 5 years of related work experience.
- Experience in automotive industry or experience working with dealer networks is an advantage.
- Emendable to work onsite.
- Amendable to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets for a specific territory.
- Set sales goals for the team and individual representatives, and monitor performance against these targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide on-ground support and gather insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
