Head of Organization Development SAVP Level in Mandaluyong
We are looking for a strategic Head of Organization Development (SAVP) to lead enterprise-wide OD initiatives for a leading Philippine conglomerate with businesses in Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, Power, and Utilities . Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this role will oversee three managers within the HR Center of Excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives.
- Drive culture transformation and change management.
- Develop leadership, succession, and talent development programs.
- Oversee performance management and capability-building strategies.
- Align people initiatives with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Organization Development at a leadership level.
- Strong background in organizational design, culture transformation, and leadership development.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives across complex organizations.
