Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Management Reporting & Business Finance to oversee financial planning, business analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead management reporting and financial planning functions.
- Oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Deliver actionable financial insights to senior management.
- Evaluate business performance, margins, and operating costs.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
- Ensure timely preparation of executive reports and dashboards.
- Manage and develop the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, including Management Accounting or FP&A.
- Experience in Retail, Restaurant, Food Service, or FMCG.
- Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Amenable to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
