Food Attendant (Japanese Restaurant)

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Take and accurately process orders from customers.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and serving areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely food delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years experience in food service or hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong waitering skills, excellent customer service orientation, and effective hospitality skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
