Restaurant Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to promote a productive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain kitchen and bar operations.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operations management and inventory handling.
