Restaurant Manager Trainee

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Pasig Branch, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurant locations. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing efficiency, and drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Motivate a team of the restaurant. oversee the smooth running of the operations
- Monitor inventory, staffing, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement
- Implement efficient procedures and systems to enhance the guest experience
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Support the training and development of restaurant staff
- Collaborate with HO to achieve one common company goal.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree graduate. Minimum of 2 years work related experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Has a strong leadership and people management skills
- can work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and financial management
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experience.
