- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting guests.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in food service or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Outgoing and friendly demeanor; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
