Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader (Tech Products) to oversee daily store operations and lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, customer service, and sales leadership, with strong knowledge of laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
- Retail sales experience is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in laptops, computers, gadgets, and technology accessories
- Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setup
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and sales team performance
- Lead, motivate, and coach staff to achieve sales targets
- Assist customers by recommending suitable technology products and solutions
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among team members
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and POS transactions
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Conduct staff training and performance coaching
- Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and operational standards
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Support store promotions and sales initiatives
