Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor – Technology Products to lead store operations and drive overall team performance. The ideal candidate has strong retail leadership experience and a solid understanding of laptops, computers, and tech accessories.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 2–4 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership
- Background in gadget or technology retail is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in POS systems and inventory monitoring
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Sales-driven and organized
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and team productivity
- Monitor sales targets and staff performance
- Assist customers with product recommendations and inquiries
- Ensure proper handling of inventory and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Conduct coaching and training sessions for staff
- Ensure store cleanliness and proper product display
- Prepare sales and operational reports
