Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Mobile Sales Team Leader to oversee daily store operations and lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience and solid knowledge of mobile phones, gadgets, accessories, and retail sales operations.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
- Experience in mobile phone or electronics retail is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in smartphones, mobile accessories, gadgets, and related technology products
- Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Sales-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and sales team performance
- Lead, motivate, and coach staff to achieve sales targets
- Assist customers by recommending suitable mobile phones and accessories
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among team members
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and POS transactions
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Conduct staff training and performance coaching
- Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and operational standards
- Prepare sales and operational reports
- Support store promotions and sales campaigns
