Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Gadgets Sales Team Leader to manage store operations and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about gadgets and technology products and has strong leadership and retail sales experience.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- With at least 2–4 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership
- Experience in gadget, electronics, or technology retail is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in smartphones, laptops, gadgets, and accessories
- Familiar with POS systems and inventory monitoring
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and sales-driven
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and team productivity
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Assist customers in selecting suitable gadgets and accessories
- Ensure excellent customer service and staff product knowledge
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and POS transactions
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct coaching and performance monitoring for staff
- Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
