Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Team Leader – Electronics to oversee store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in electronics or retail sales environments.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
- Retail sales experience in electronics or gadgets is preferred
- Knowledgeable in laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories
- Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and organized
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and staff performance
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Assist customers with electronics and technology product recommendations
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement
- Ensure accurate POS transactions and operational compliance
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
- Conduct staff coaching and product training
- Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation
