The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate products or services to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Sales Presentations:
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company objectives.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
