SALES MANAGER – 5 YRS EXPERIENCE
Industry: Printing and Packaging Industry Location: Brgy. Ugong, Valenzuela Salary: ₱45,000–₱55,000 Ready to take charge of a sales team and turn business opportunities into real results? We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can bring strong industry experience, strategic thinking, and solid leadership to our growing team.QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses b. 10 years in Sales Department, 5 years of which are Managerial c. Preferably Female d. Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred e. Sales Strategy, Sales Targets, and Sales Team Management skills f. Market Research and Business Development skills g. Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills h. Excellent communication and negotiation skills i. Proven track record of achieving sales targets j. Ability to work independently and as part of a teamRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Identify new market opportunities and trends
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Conduct training and mentoring for sales staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making
