Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive overall sales strategy and revenue growth across retail stores, key accounts, and distribution channels
- Set sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics aligned with company goals
- Manage and oversee sales teams (retail, accounts, distributors) to ensure target achievement
- Develop and expand key accounts, partnerships, and new market opportunities
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement action plans to improve results
- Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand, supply, and promotions
- Ensure proper execution of pricing, promotions, and trade activities
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Oversee sales operations including order flow, reporting, and sales processes
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and capability
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry
- With at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling multi-channel sales operations
- Experience in handling key accounts, distributors, and retail networks is highly preferred
