Job Qualifications: - 7–10+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B/ICT or technology solutions.
- Proven experience leading sales teams and consistently delivering team quotas.
- Strong ICT/technology industry expertise, with a clearly demonstrated sales track record.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth.
- Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans and drive team performance.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Own the department quota, sales pipeline, and forecast governance.
- Lead, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business-growth objectives.
- Run regular sales reporting, KPI reviews, and performance management.
- Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and accountability across the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Account Executives, SDRs, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to improve sales execution.
- Own and continuously improve the sales playbook, training programs, and commission scheme.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, healthy pipeline coverage, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
