Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage the performance of our branded retail outlets in the food manufacturing space. This role involves overseeing sales operations, outlet performance, customer service standards, and implementing strategic initiatives to increase footfall, revenue, and profitability.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
- 5–8 years of experience in sales or retail management, preferably in food, QSR, or FMCG industries
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets or store formats
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Willing to travel locally or regionally
- Willing to be assigned in Manila and Valenzuela
