E-Commerce Account Agent

Job Description We are looking for E-Commerce Account Agent to support customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while delivering excellent service across multiple channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate product and pricing information
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on retail systems, tools, and processes

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
