This is a non-voice role focused on providing excellent customer assistance through chat, email, and messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer accounts Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality Document and log customer interactions in the system accurately Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor Ensure customer satisfaction and meet established performance metrics Work Schedule & Training Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Comprehensive paid training for non-voice support tools and procedures Qualifications At least a High School or Senior High School graduate With 3 to 6 month of call center experience Strong written English communication skills Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset Basic computer knowledge and multitasking abilities Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
