We are looking for a Shopify Website & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, maintain, and continuously improve our e-commerce website while driving digital marketing and social media efforts. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical Shopify skills, including writing and editing code (Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to customize themes and troubleshoot issues, with hands-on digital marketing expertise across SEO, SEM, email, and social media. This role is critical for maintaining a seamless online shopping experience, growing our digital presence, and driving improved online sales performance.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the kind of person who:

• Update website products daily and weekly, including pricing adjustments, promotional campaigns, and product information.
  
• Upload new products, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, categories, variants, and inventory details.
  
• Write, edit, and maintain Shopify theme code (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize layouts, features, and functionality.
  
• Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot or resolve website bugs, technical issues, and code-related errors.
  
• Maintain and update apps, integrations, and back-end configurations to keep the site running smoothly.
  
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic (keyword optimization, metadata, on-page optimization).
  
• Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize SEM and paid digital advertising campaigns.
  
• Manage the brand's social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
  
• Align social media activity with website promotions, product launches, and overall marketing calendar.
  
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure website updates, promotions, and product launches are completed accurately and on schedule.
  
• Respond promptly to website-related issues and provide timely communication regarding updates and resolutions.
  

Requirements

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
  
• 3+ years of experience in Shopify website administration, e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a related role.
  
• Ability to read and interpret CAD files, AutoCAD drawings, and PDF construction drawings; drafting experience is not required.
  
• Experience preparing quotations, equipment schedules, estimates, or pricing documentation.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating asset lists, quantity calculations, and data organization.
  
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and error-free documentation.
  
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly when corresponding with suppliers and customers via email.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple quotations and priorities simultaneously.
  
• Understanding of hydraulic, gas, and electrical service requirements is preferred but not essential.
  
• Ability to analyse technical documentation and translate project requirements into accurate quotations and equipment schedules.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
