OUTBOUND APPOINTMENT SETTER – PHILIPPINES
Location: Remote – Philippines
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time
Compensation: PHP 30,000/month + Performance Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team.
Our company provides web design and digital solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. Before contacting a prospect, our team creates a customized website for their business.
Your role is to contact US business owners, introduce the website we have prepared for them, create genuine interest, qualify the opportunity, and book a qualified Zoom meeting with one of our sales closers.
This is a performance-driven outbound sales role and is not intended for entry-level candidates .
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US business owners.
- Introduce our web design offer in a natural and engaging way.
- Create curiosity around the website already prepared for the prospect.
- Qualify prospects based on interest, business needs, and decision-making authority.
- Book qualified Zoom meetings for the sales team.
- Handle common objections confidently and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects to improve meeting attendance.
- Maintain accurate notes, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Confirm scheduled meetings and help improve overall show rates.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication and reliable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, telemarketing, phone sales, or a similar role.
- Proven experience booking qualified meetings through cold outreach.
- Fluent and natural spoken English.
- Strong phone presence with a warm, confident, relaxed, and conversational tone.
- Comfortable speaking directly with US business owners.
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
- Excellent listening and rapport-building ability.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment.
- Strong CRM logging and follow-up discipline.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs.
- Reliable attendance and professional communication.
- Able to work 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time .
- Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and remote work setup.
