Customer Support Associate – Eastwood, Quezon City (Onsite)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Setup: Onsite
What Success Looks Like in This Role
In your first 30–60 days, you will:
- Confidently handle customer interactions related to financial and account inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Navigate systems efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills to resolve customer concerns
- Consistently meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the team
By 90 days, you will:
- Independently manage complex customer concerns with minimal supervision
- Maintain strong performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, QA scores)
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers regarding financial account concerns
- Use available tools and resources to investigate and resolve issues effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
- Adapt quickly to process updates and changing customer needs
What We’re Looking For
- College Graduate (any course)
- Open to fresh graduates with strong communication skills
- Able to work on a shifting schedule and onsite in Eastwood
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
