We are looking for Shipping and Logistics Specialist Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with policy inquiries, claims, and coverage questions. Ensure accurate guidance and a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer concerns regarding shipping, delivery status, and order tracking.
Provide timely and accurate information to resolve delivery issues.
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on non-voice processes and platforms
Requirements:
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Strong written English communication
Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and customer-focused
Basic computer skills and multitasking
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
