We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City . This role is ideal for individuals with a background in finance, accounting, or marketing who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests related to financial or account transactions
- Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns
- Process and verify customer account details in compliance with company procedures
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all engagements
- College Graduate in Finance & Accounting or Marketing
- College undergraduate accepted if with experience in Accounting 101 or related financial processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
