Job Description:
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Provide professional and accurate information
- Deliver excellent customer service experience
- Maintain quality communication and problem-solving support
Qualifications:
- At least SHS Graduate or HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Good English communication skills
- No BPO experience required
- Willing to work onsite in UP Ayala Technohub, Commonwealth Quezon City
- Willing to start immediately
