- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Assist with scheduling and appointment management for patients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience Level: 6 months experience in BPO is REQUIRED.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and people skills.

- Qualities and Traits: Excellent team player with a strong work ethic.
